Refund policy

RETURNS/REFUNDS

Any unused/unopened orders within 15 days of receipt can be requested for a refund. Once we receive the returned item(s) in their unopened condition, we will credit the charges to you. Shipping costs are excluded from this refund policy and are non-refundable. Please note that opened, used, and/or final sale items cannot be returned.

If you placed a personalized order, we are not responsible for any refund/returns for errors such as spelling/incorrect information. We provide three full rounds of proofing to ensure there is no room for error and to allow you to verify that all the information entered in the Nikah Certificate is correct. In the event that errors are identified after proof approval, reprint charges will apply.
