Shipping & Returns Policy

SHIPPING

All shipping and handling charges will be calculated according to the selected shipping options, depending on the destination of the package(s). Any orders above USD 100 are applicable for free shipping anywhere around the world.

Shipping fees do not cover potential customs duties or taxes. The customer is responsible for these charges. Kindly consult your local customs office for additional details.

A business day is considered any day other than Saturday, Sunday, holidays or other business closings. All delivery times are estimates and subject to the courier being able to deliver. Weather and unforeseen events may also cause a small delay which we are not accountable for. 

*Due to adverse weather conditions, there may be disruptions in some areas with deliveries, please check your tracking link for delivery updates.

Please note: Shipping does not include order-processing time. If you pay for express shipping, that payment goes to the shipping provider, not us. This means express shipping does not include order-processing time.

RETURNS/REFUNDS

Any unused/unopened orders within 10 days of receipt can be requested for a refund. Once we receive the returned item(s) in their unopened condition, we will credit the charges to you. Shipping costs are excluded from this refund policy and are non-refundable. Please note that opened, used, and/or final sale items cannot be returned.

If you placed a personalized order, we are not responsible for any refund/returns for errors such as spelling/incorrect information. We provide three full rounds of proofing to ensure there is no room for error and to allow you to verify that all the information entered in the Nikah Certificate is correct. In the event that errors are identified after proof approval, reprint charges will apply.
