Can I request for any customizations with the colour?
Certainly! We would be happy to customize according to your preferred colors. Please note that this service will incur an additional cost and may require a longer shipping time compared to our ready-made options displayed on our website.
What kind of paper is the certificate printed on?
Our certificates are rendered on textured card stock, with a smooth velvety finish, built specifically for fine art. *Please note: due to the inherent nature of the materials, slight imperfections may occur, furthermore adding to the unique charm & character of each certificate.

Can I cancel my order once the payment is made?
Unfortunately, once the payment is made, we begin the giclee printing process and cannot cancel the order. However, we do offer three rounds of proofing prior to printing where you can make any changes to names/dates/color if needed.
